Truck Buddy: Logistic Platform
Problems
The customer's problem is that there is an existing mobile application developed by the IT department in the company, but the user interface is not suitable for use and is difficult to navigate. As a result, the platform is not widespread or popular, which prevents traffic from being generated within the application.
Objectives
Make the application user-friendly.
